2013 Napa Carneros Oak Fermented Chardonnay

Rosalynd Winery is proud to release the 2013 Napa Carneros oak fermented chardonnay! This chardonnay has garnered a lot of excitement from our visitors to the winery, who have tasted it throughout its fermentation and aging, and we agree that this is a wine worth waiting for! After aging in French oak barrels for 9 months, the wine has aromas of butter, pineapple, pear, and cinnamon, and long lasting flavors of pear, honey, and spices. The wine pairs beautifully with all types of food.

2012 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Aged in 100% French Oak, this pinot noir is the most reminiscent of a traditionally Burgundian style in flavor and aromas that we’ve ever made. Aromas and flavors of strawberry, cherry, and vanilla abound. This wine reminds us of Volnay wines in Burgundy, and is very food friendly.

2011 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

This Russian River Valley pinot noir has a deep crimson ruby color, with black cherry, strawberry, and cola aromas and flavors. The essence of oak is pronounced with vanilla, cinnamon, smoke and bacon fat.

2013 Napa Carneros Chardonnay (unoaked)

Fans of our 2012 Chardonnay will recognize the vibrant tropical fruits, with fresh pineapple and lemon, and crisp, clean finish. What’s different about the 2013 vintage? There’s a little grapefruit in the tropical fruit mix, and when you expect a zing of acidity at the finish, you get a soft caress instead. We think you’ll really like this unoaked Chardonnay!

This pinot noir has a dazzling deep red color, with an enticing bouquet of ripe strawberries, cherries, and raspberries. The taste is of berries with a soft, creamy mouth feel. The finish hints of cinnamon and vanilla.

2007 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (inaugural vintage)

This pinot noir matured in French oak barrels for 18 months, then bottle-aged for an additional 8 months. The color is a brilliant ruby, the bouquet is enticingly floral, the taste is of bright berry fruit with a creamy mouth-feel, and the finish is complex with hints of exotic spice.
